Large Stock Dividend	A stock dividend of 25 percent or more of the corporation's issued stock
Lien	The right, enforceable in equity or law, to hold any property given as a pledge or security until the debt that it secures is paid; a debt, obligation, or potential loss
Limit	The definite price fixed by a customer in an order placed with a broker to buy or sell securities or commodities; the maximum price advance or decline from the previous day's settlement price permitted during one trading session as fixed by the rules of an exchange, specifically applicable to commodities
