The AB Capital Equity Fund
is a Unit Investment Trust Fund (UITF) designed to
achieve superior returns for its participants via investing primarily
in common stocks listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange.

product is ideally suited for investors with the following
characteristics:

nPrimary
objective of long-term capital growth,
- Medium to long-term
investment time horizon, and

are open-ended
pooled trust funds operated by a trust entity and made available via
participation or units.

nUITFs
are similar to CTFs but valued on a
marked-to-market basis – which means that the price reflects the
accurate value of the fund at the time of participation/redemption.
Equities
vs. Fixed Income

If you had
invested P100,000 in a portfolio made up of stocks in the Philippine
Stock Exchange Index at the beginning of 2003, the value of your
portfolio, including reinvested dividends, would have grown to over
P370,000 by the end of 2007.
This is
equivalent to an average return of 30% per annum. (Historical
performance is for illustration purposes only, and may not be
representative of future performance.)

If you had
invested your P100,000 in fixed income instead, it would have grown
to P159,000 by 2007 (using average 5-year PDS rates over the period).
This is equivalent to an annual average return of 10%.

Investment Policy
- The fund will invest in the
following instruments:

nListed
and soon to be listed common stocks, preferred stocks, and securities
convertible into, or exchangeable to common stocks.

Fixed
income securities issued by the government and corporations that are
traded in an organized exchange or market (to park funds).
- Other investments allowed by
the BSP (to park funds).

The combined exposure of the
UITF to any entity and its related parties shall not exceed 15% of the
market value of the UITF.
Valuation of the Fund
- Valuation is based on Net Asset Value (NAV).

NAV shall be the summation of the
market value of each investment of the fund less fees, taxes and other
expenses.

Net
Asset Value per unit (NAVPU) shall be determined by
dividing the NAV
of the Fund by the total number of units outstanding.
(The
NAVPU
of the fund may fluctuate daily depending on
the prices of the various instruments in the fund)

Other Basic Features
- Investors
shall be given a participating trust agreement and a confirmation of
participation and redemption.
- Not insured by the PDIC.
- No guarantee of yield, return
or income.
- Any income or loss derived
from this fund is for the account and risk of the investors.

Capital shall not be liable for any losses, except those resulting for
its gross negligence.
- The Declaration of Trust
governing this fund will be made available at the principal office of
AB Capital upon request.
